How to measure
Stand on paper with your heel against a wall and mark your longest toe. Measure heel to mark, at the end of the day when feet are largest. Use the longer foot.
Measure your chest at the fullest point, your natural waist, and your hips at the widest point. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed training fit and size down for compression and base layers.
For shoes, measure your foot length at the end of the day, heel to longest toe, and match it to the UK size chart. Running shoes should leave a thumb's width at the toe.
