Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal data JAGLION collects, why, and the choices you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted).
- Delivery details: addresses you save or enter at checkout.
- Order details: items, payments (we never store card numbers; payments are processed by our payment partner), returns and reviews.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device information for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it
- To create your account, deliver orders, process payments, returns and refunds.
- To send order and account messages.
- To send offers and new arrivals, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal duties such as GST invoicing and record keeping.

Who we share it with
- The seller fulfilling your order, our courier partners and our payment partner, only as needed to complete your order.
- Government authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Order and invoice records: for the period required by tax law, even after account deletion, with your contact details removed where possible.

Your rights
- Access and download your data from My Account > Privacy & Data.
- Correct your details from My Account.
- Request deletion of your account from My Account > Privacy & Data.
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Redressal page). If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
